Liqueur de Myrte • C’est là, dans ces paysages à couper le souffle entre mer et cimes, entre arbres séculaires et arbousiers que le myrte, petit arbre touffu a trouvé refuge. Blotties dans le maquis corse, les baies de myrte sauvage cueillies à la main côtoient les genêts, les mûres, le thym, la bruyère et l'immortelle. Après macération des petites baies (mauves ou noir-bleutée) , la liqueur se pare d’une robe rouge grenat (plus foncée) , un miracle de la nature faisant rejaillir tous les parfums et les couleurs du maquis.
